Is Avant Tech authorised by the NDPC to deliver NDPA training?
Yes. Avant Tech Nigeria is licensed by the Nigeria Data Protection Commission as a Data Protection Compliance Organisation (DPCO) — authorised to audit, train and certify data protection compliance for organisations and for the individual DPOs they appoint, not only hold its own.
Is this different from a generic data privacy course?
Most NDPA training in Nigeria is delivered by trainers citing the Act rather than by an NDPC-licensed compliance organisation. Our DPCO status means the training itself, and the completion records it produces, carry that authorisation.
Can you certify our Data Protection Officer individually, not just train our team?
Yes. As an NDPC-licensed DPCO, we can certify the individual your organisation appoints as DPO in addition to training the wider team, so the person an auditor or regulator questions holds a credential from an NDPC-licensed body.
